Equipment Resources International Inc. began the redesign of the KFDJ Fixed Diverter in 2015, which culminated with the approval by Singapore Republic, United States and EU, of our DSP Fixed Diverter Patent grants in 2020.

As we researched the best methodology of Supply Chain we became aware of the Partnerships that exist and the extension of what we do. What we buy, who we buy from, who we use to service our organizations, the functions we outsource, to support our clients and their clients.

To launch and support our new customer base with Diverters for Drilling Operations, we realized the need for new branding and the process we undertake to sell such new technology.

The company Avert-Tek LLC was formed in 2017, and Equipment Resources International globally licensed Avert-Tek with sole rights to manufacture, market and sell the Diverter Technology.
